Family Fireworks Fun for the Fourth

Celebrating the 4^th of July in Texas has become somewhat of a tradition for us.  My twin brother graciously opens up his home to the chaos of fireworks, cookouts, pool games, and the general noise that family brings.  Our nieces and nephews eagerly anticipate the races & competitions that reward fun prizes from their aunt & uncle while we look forward to their enthusiasm & excitement at participating in our planned contests.  With a houseful of kids as well as grown-ups (all family members came this year), we played numerous games, went on fun outings, and just caught up on each others’ lives.  A sparkling good time burst on the scene for us, and we can't wait to blast in again next year!
