For Your Eyes Only, Darling...

Bond...James Bond. Dashing, handsome, and ready to rid the world of villains while still getting the beautiful gal. Bond captures the imagination of people all over the globe, ours included. As huge James Bond fans, we found ourselves "shaken but not stirred" on a recent visit to Corfu, Greece, where "For Your Eyes Only" filmed numerous scenes. We pulled out our DVD and watched it before and after our time there to make sure we knew the exact locations used. With a "license to kill", we hunted down the spots below and shot with my Walther PPK...er, Nikon.

Vlacherna Monastery - sight where James met up with Melina in Corfu.

Achillion Palace - Casino/Restaurant owned by Milos Columbo.

Palaio Frourio - Bay where Melina's parents were gunned down; fortress where James & Columbo discovered Kristatos' smuggling operation.

Passages used when Bond chased and killed villain Emile Locque.

No wonder James is in such great shape after climbing all of these steps to catch Locque.
