Divine Dozen

Ken and I just celebrated our 12th wedding anniversary. Time’s crazy speed never ceases to amaze me, yet we have accumulated so many wonderful memories over the years that I can’t complain too much. I feel so blessed to have found a life mate, playmate, and soul mate who constantly fills my life with such happiness.


For our special day, we decided to go on a 10 mile hike from Deal to Dover passing several medieval castles perched atop the cliffs along the way. So, we packed a picnic lunch and took the train from London down to the coast. The hike was absolutely beautiful! The views looking out over the calm blue waters of the ocean and Dover’s imposing white cliffs took our breath away! (although I guess that could have been from the uphill portions of the walk)


As I think back over the years we have spent together, moments like these flood my mind. Whether simple times like a hike and a picnic or a fun filled trip to some place adventurous…no matter where we are or what we do, we have such a great time together!
